If you're using the app for Android, iOS or Windows 10, on the main screen of Candy Crush Saga, press the gear icon and then select the one with a little man with a crown on his head. In the section you're referred to, select one of the avatars you're shown and type a nickname in the text field. Then press the Save button and enter an email address to retrieve your data, in the corresponding box.
After typing the email address, press the Save button and then, in the Choose Password field, enter a password of at least four characters of your imagination, then confirm with the Finish button. Now, select the Return to Game item to complete the operation: by doing so, you've created a King account, through which all your game data will be synchronized for possible future recovery.
Candy Crush Saga is also accessible via a web browser, thanks to the Gameroom on Facebook or the game's official website. While on Facebook you don't have any problem recovering your data, as you are obliged to log in with your Facebook account, on the official Candy Crush website you can play as a Guest, saving your progress in the current browsing browser session.

What you need to do now is tap the Get button and unlock the download and installation of the app using your Face ID, Touch ID, or iCloud account password. When you're done, press the Open button to start Candy Crush Saga, or use its home screen icon.
